I would not recommend these capsules unless there is a clear deficiency. They cause frequent urination due to excess vitamin B. I experienced a noticeable improvement; however, it harmed me as the high dose strained my kidneys.

Positive with lower dosage
I liked the complex but advise starting with a lower dosage if you have kidney problems, as taking two capsules a day increased the load on my kidneys and caused lower back pain. Reducing the dosage eliminated the discomfort; otherwise, I had positive impressions.
